5-7pm Bring your vehicle to Westminster City School where you can park overnight (this is where we are meeting on Saturday morning).
6-8pm Pre-rally social at The Phoenix, 14 Palace St, London SW1E 5JA. Informal event for a bit of networking, catching up with old friends and making new ones 🙂

Saturday 21 June 2025
London to Brighton
7am Meet at Westminster City School, sign in, get your vehicle sticker and event info, have a look at the other vehicles arriving and have a chat with other participants over a cup of coffee.
8am Leave Westminster City School, drive to Parliament Square and over Westminster Bridge, and then onwards to Brighton.

When you arrive in Brighton you can park up on Madeira Drive, have a look at all the other vehicles, peruse stalls and stands, test drive vehicles, enjoy fish and chips on the beach, grab an ice cream and then join the after-party and London to Brighton EV Rally Awards ceremony at the Brighton i360.

Sunday 22 June 2025
8am Meet at Madeira Drive with as close to 100% in your battery as you can get to, have a look at the other vehicles arriving and have a chat with other participants over a cup of coffee.
Complete your starter form, make sure you have your sticker and T shirt, share your location on our whatsapp group and then we’ll depart at 8.30am after a team photo.

Stage 1 Brighton to Folkestone
72 miles via Lewes
Le Shuttle check in min 30 mins before departure; refreshments, toilets etc at the terminal.
Departure times:
- 11:50 > 13:25
- 12:20 > 13:55 < Recommended train
- 12:36 > 14:11
- 12:50 > 14:25
Stage 1 Challenge – details provided on the day!

When you get to Calais, continue to the Powerdot charging station just outside Dunkirk, where your vehicle stats will be taken and where Stage 2 starts.

Stage 2 Dunkirk to Bruges

- Start 15:10 charging station at Grande Synthe
- Stage 2 Challenge – details provided on the day!
- Finish 16:00 at BP Pulse, Loppem

When fully charged, provide your stats and then head into Bruges and park in the central market square (Markt)
Overnight in Bruges




- 17:00 Park up in the market square (Markt)
- 17:00 Group photo, relax in the square, refreshments, ice cream etc 🙂
- 18:00 Drive vehicles off the square, check into hotels etc
- 19:30 Optional meetup at a restaurant tbc for relaxing evening meal together

Stage 3 Ijzendijke to Roosendaal

Meet at 09:00 at the Dutch Eiffel Tower, Ijzendijke, drive to the Robocharge station at Biervliet. Enjoy a hot drink and a pastry while you charge to 100% in preparation for the next challenge…
The Stage 3 Challenge finishes at Roosendaal mixed electric / hydrogen filling station:

Stage 4 Nordhoek to Utrecht
Start 11:00 at Fastned Noordhoek and charge to 100% in preparation for the Stage 4 Challenge… details provided on the day!
After lunch we depart for a.s.r. Insurance at 13.00
The kind folks at a.s.r. Insurance will show us around the site and are allowing us to try it out for ourselves (AC charging only as it’s designed for their staff for charging at work).
Stage 5 – Utrecht to Amsterdam
Start 15:00 at BP Pulse, Overvecht Noord, 10mins from a.s.r. Utrecht, charge to 100%
Stage 5 Challenge (details on the day!)
Finish 15:50 at Equans charging station, Amsterdam Zuid, charge to 100%, complete the stats and then head to the finish line at Oosterdok, Amsterdam for an evening reception and prizegiving ceremony on the water.

Accommodation: We have a limited number of cabins in a 1909 tall ship in the heart of Amsterdam. The accommodation sleeps 12 people, organised in two rooms of two, and two rooms of four, all generously sized single beds. Accommodation is priced as follows:
- Two-bed room £110
- Four-bed room £180
- Single bed in single-sex shared room £45




What you need to organise and/or bring:
- Your vehicle, including spare bulbs, a high vis jacket for each occupant and a warning triangle (these are required by French law)
- Passport, money, etc (obviously)
- Le Shuttle (book here)
- Accommodation (unless you’d like to take advantage of one of our options, see below)
- Please bring a road atlas of northern France, Belgium and the Netherlands (click here for a cheap one)
- We use Whatsapp to communicate during the rally, if you haven’t already got it please download it or bring a friend who has it.
- An RFID card is not essential but it will make your life easier
- Participants are responsible for their own meals
you don’t need to worry about:
- Low emission zones or vehicle stickers (Amsterdam has a zone but you don’t need to do anything if your vehicle is compliant)
- Accommodation if you’ve booked it with us
- What to do/where to go each day (full details given to each team at the start of each stage)
